Are you licensed, bonded & insured?

A: Yes, We uphold all national, state and local government laws. We carry all bonds as required by the local Municipals, State of Illinois and carry Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Building and General Liability Insurance.  Our Supervising Electrician (or Master Electrician) is licensed with the City of Chicago.

Are you members of any trade or professional associations?

A: We are proud and outstanding members of The Better Business Bureau.

We have had no complaints filed against our company for a minimum of three years.

How can I trust your employees in my home?

A: Not only are we licensed, bonded and insured, but all employees undergo a rigorous drug, alcohol and criminal back ground security screening process prior to coming to work for us. You can trust North Suburban Electric, Inc., to provide you excellent service with courteous and trustworthy personnel.

What are your service hours?

A: You can reach someone in our office Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

We are available 24/7 for emergency problems with our on-call electricians.Our service technicians are available during normal business hours for new and repeat customers. Service Partner Agreement customers save money even after we’ve closed for the day.
